SkeptiCamp 2026 is back at MacEwan University in Edmonton, and this year it’s landing on a fitting date — Friday the 13th. The free, public event invites students and the community to dig into superstition, love myths, and all things skeptical. Whether you’re curious about why we fear certain numbers or how popular beliefs twist our thinking, SkeptiCamp offers an engaging mix of talks, open discussion, and science-based insights. It’s a chance to explore how critical thinking helps separate facts from feel-good fiction — all in good fun.
So mark your calendar for February 13, 2026, and bookmark the event page. The student session runs from 3:30 to 4:50 p.m., followed by an evening session from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in Room 5-268 at MacEwan University.
